We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. You will be starting out as the back fill operator on our water and sewer pipe installation crews with a possibility of moving to the lead excavator operator position...
• *Responsibilities:**
- Operate an excavator to backfill trench for water and sewer lines.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Follow project plans to meet project specifications
- Coordinate with foreman and ground crew to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
• *Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator
- Proficiency in operating various heavy equipment a plus. Such as dozers, dump trucks, water trucks, etc.
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
- Familiarity with construction sites and processes
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
