MisterBilingue supports companies such as Hermès, Veepee, Blablacar, Sephora, BackMarket and others in their multilingual recruitment.

We are helping a great innovating industrial french start-up whose aim is to become leader in the collaborative robotic area internationally.

They lately raised 2.9 millions $ to tool universities and engineering schools of electronic arms to get student up & running with those miniatures robots.

The idea is to reproduce production chains and help them to be better trained for their professional insertion. Committed and innovating, their goal to increase is scaling, and their wish to expand on the international scene will mark the extra mile, especially on the german market where everything is to be created.

As a Sales Manager , you... will : Develop the german market : Identify & assess market opportunities of robotic arms in Germany, especially in the educational and research areas;

Establish and maintain work relationships with potential clients including private schools, universities, R&D centers & companies.
• Manage the sale cycle : Manage the full cycle of sales from the prospection to the contracts initiation (between 3 to 8 months);
• Create commercial proposals according to clients needs enhancing the adding value of the products.Expand the distribution network : Identify and pick the right distribution partners in Germany as vendors, distributors to expand the presence on the market;

Work closely with distributors to ensure an efficient presence of the products and offer to the clients a real technical & commercial support.
• Ensure a competitive watch : Follow-up and analyze market trends on educational robotic in Germany, and competitors activities to identify opportunities or potential challenges;
• Provide regular reports on the market evolution and the sales performance to the management team. You can expect to : Work in full-autonomy and develop your own commercial techniques;
• Be the expert on the german market and be self-starter on new things. Fluent in german (C1 / C2) and speaking either french or english fluently as well;
• Graduated from an engineer ou business school, you already had a confirmed experience in sales of innovating products with a real knowledge of the german market (at least 3 years);

Sensitive to innovation and robotic, you are on top on new trends;Self-starter with a grand sense of autonomy, you are used to entrepreneurship.

CONDITIONS & PERKSOffice in Lille or 100% remote if you are based in Germany;Working contract of 38,5 hours / week with resting days;
