We are a startup founded in 2024 that has just closed a significant funding round with top Italian and international VCs. The founding team has strong execution skills in scale-up environments: over the past 3 years, they have generated more than €10M in revenue, raised more than €3M in capital, and led teams growing from 2 to 40 people in a few months. With Soource, we aim to add a few zeros to these numbers. Our target market, TAM, is enormous: all the procurement offices of companies worldwide.

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious intern to join our Business Development team. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment. You will support our team in market analysis activities, sales strategy development, and much more.

Main Duties:

Market Research:
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct research on potential clients and sectors of interest.
• Monitor competition and... prepare detailed reports.

Sales Support:
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential clients.
• Prepare sales presentations and promotional materials.

Strategy and Planning:
• Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies f
• Support the planning and execution of the marketing plan.
• Analyze sales and campaign data to identify areas for improvement.

• Student or graduate in Economics, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for the technology sector and startups.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.

What We Offer:
• Compensation: €500 net per month.
• Duration: 6 months starting from 1st September 2024.

• Possibility to work remotely: our headquarters is at NOI Techpark in Bolzano, but we offer the flexibility to manage your work. Every 6 months, we have a week-long retreat across Europe.
