Data Analyst:in Operations

Are you passionate about developing business reporting and analysis processes in the Service Operations area, building and managing data environments, and ensuring the foundation for continuous improvement of our business processes?

We have the perfect position for you. As a Data Analyst:in Operations, you will be responsible for Analytics and Reporting. Ensuring timely and high-quality management information is part of your responsibilities, as well as evolving the reporting platform. You enjoy collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, utilizing your professional network, and continuously advancing in your field.

Your Tasks
• Create and maintain recurring reports for the management and Service Operations leadership team: monthly KPI reports and quarterly forecasts.
• Discuss requirements for new reports and analyses with line managers. Propose analyses that could provide more insights into our operations, such as which parameters... most influence our KPIs.
• Participate in collecting and evaluating data to develop company-wide business cases.
• Enhance the Operations Reporting Framework within your team: optimize our MS Office-based platform and plan to transition various data sources to our modern, Cloud-based platform (MS Azure).
• Support software development initiatives and ensure that analytics aspects are considered in defining functional requirements and implementation.

Your Profile
• University degree preferably in Data Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration.
• Several years of experience in a similar position and strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Power Query, MS PowerPoint, experience with SQL, and willingness to learn other scripting languages (e.g., Python).
• Experience with MS Power BI and process definition tools, e.g., Signavio, MS Visio, is a plus.
• Value collaboration within the team and with other stakeholders (e.g., line managers, Controlling, HR) within the company.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
