KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Planning and Coordination
• Develop project plans, look-ahead schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and logistics to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify potential risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies.

2. Budget and Cost Management
• Manage project budgets, expenditures, and cost controls to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
• Monitor project costs, track expenses, and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

3. Contract and Procurement Management
• Prepare and review project contracts, agreements, and procurement documents.
• Coordinate with purchasing manager on subcontractors, and suppliers for materials, equipment, and services procurement.
• Manage supplier and... subcontractor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with contractual terms in coordination with purchasing manager.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance
• Establish quality standards, specifications, and procedures for construction activities.
• Conduct quality inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with quality requirements and regulatory standards.
• Address quality issues, non-conformities, and corrective actions to maintain project quality standards.5. Schedule and Resource Management
• Develop project look-ahead schedules, timelines, and milestones to monitor progress and deadlines.
• Allocate resources, manpower, equipment, and materials effectively to optimize project productivity.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, and resource constraints to keep projects on track.

6. Communication and Stakeholder Management
• Communicate project updates, progress reports, and milestones to stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
• Facilitate meetings, site visits, and discussions to address issues, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and maintain positive
• relationships throughout the project life cycle.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and with PRC license
• Proven work experience as project manager with 10 years of experience, preferably both in structural and in finishing.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Proficiency in project management software/tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Preferably Isabela-based or willing to relocate in Isabela.

Shift Schedule: Monday to Saturday
