Position Title: Sous Chef

Location: Clonmel, Tipperary, Ireland.

Reporting to: Head Chef

Overall Purpose of the Job

We want to speak with motivated people interested in working with a sustainable, ethically sourced, and planet-focused catering company prepared to offer great food for a busy industrial catering operation. The ideal candidate will have a good level of English, a willingness to follow good food practices & show an ability to manage a small but effective kitchen team to a high standard in support of Head Chef.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Service to a high standard

• Supervise appropriate cleaning

• Managing & leading a team

• Delivering on HSEQ & Revenue KPI’s

• Supporting Head Chef

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.

Working Pattern:

Monday to Sunday, 39 hours per week.
