Job description, responsibilities and duties
To our Credit Management team in our Shared Service Centre in Povazska Bystrica we are looking for Credit Analyst with French language. Active French language at least on inter-mediate level and English language on pre-intermediate level is sufficient. Other European languages e.g. German, Spanish, Italian would be advantage.

In this role you will monitor customer accounts, track, and address open items, overdue receivables and arrange their settlement. You will make regular calls with external customers and develop relationships with internal and external customers and provide customer service support.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Follow up and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure prompt and on-time payment of receivables and resolution of disputed open items

• Assess credit risk and perform creditworthiness analysis of the customers, to make decisions about order... releases, as well as credit limits in accordance with delegation of power

• Maintain accurate credit data and collection files. Maintain electronic collection notes for each customer account

• Identify root causes of issues that cause overdue receivables. Report findings to management and suggest and perform possible courses of action to remedy

• Help with training of new credit team members and others as needed

• Possibility to collaborate in design and implementation of processes to improve efficiency

​In case commuting to the office in Povazska Bystrica is complicated for you, we can offer a hybrid work from home arrangement, up to 80 % (depending on the distance, we ´d expect you to come to the office 1-2 times per week). In case of shorter distance, 40% work from home is possible.​
