The Opportunity

The Customer Service Representative provides administrative support to the site business office focusing on logistics scheduling, shipping information and report generation.

Essential Job Functions


Support WestRock’s safety initiatives and programs. Always maintain compliance with applicable safety rules and regulations and support team members with maintaining a safe workplace.

Logistics and Administration
• Communication with suppliers for load scheduling
• Administer billing, load allocations and trip tickets.
• Ensure all required paperwork has been completed and is in good order.
• Complete monthly generation reports for suppliers/vendors.
• Create monthly rental / baler charge AP manual voucher spreadsheet and enter Misc Invoices.
• End Of Month closing duties
• Complete and post Sales Accrual
• Complete Brokerage Sales Accrual
• Complete JE Tampa Stats Accrual (purchase & sales tons)


Intermediate level ability with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

Preferredn1+ years of administrative experience.

Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.

Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate courtesy and tact when interacting with other employees and customers.

Good organization skills; attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work on multiple administrative tasks; ability to effectively communicate department policies and procedures.
