Role Summary:

We are looking for a Food Service/Restaurant Service Equipment Manager that will develop cost savings services for their client. This person will perform strategic practices to identify and implement cost-effective programs in the Foodservice Equipment and Services area. This person will have experience working in a Restaurant or Food Service environment, vendor management skills... and be able to source high quality foodservice equipment when needed. The ideal candidate will have and be able to do the following:
• 3+ years of experience dealing with Foodservice equipment/experience working in a restaurant environment
• Experience working with vendors to negotiate contracts to secure the correct equipment
• Provide technical support and expertise to franchisees regarding equipment selection, installation, and maintenance
• Develop and maintaining a comprehensive database of preferred equipment vendors and products.
• Maintain current vendor relationships and perform outreach and check in for updates on all shipments and orders
• Supply chain knowledge
• Must have either a Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience

Pluses:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Nutrition, or Business
• Comes from a Corporate Restaurant background or Kitchen Equipment Supplier
• Background in procurement/sourcing for products/equipment
