The Terumo Interventional Systems division (TIS) provides high quality, cutting-edge solutions for cardiac and vascular surgery, and interventional procedures performed inside blood vessels. We pursue therapies that minimize physical burden on patients. We offer diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for Interventional Cardiology (IC), Peripheral Intervention (PI), and Interventional Oncology (IO).
Job Summary

As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you contribute to the profitability of the UKI TIS business by providing expert marketing and administrative support to the TIS team, consisting of 14 sales and marketing professionals. You maximize team productivity by effectively managing time and resources and finding ways to improve existing processes. This is a hybrid, part-time role, but occasional presence in our Bagshot office will be required. We are flexible regarding working hours, but we do require you to be available at least 4 days per week
Job... Responsibilities

1. Administration: As an administrative coordinator, you provide secretarial and administrative support for the UK TIS Team. You respond professionally to all inquiries, organize internal meetings, and team events. Additionally, you prepare venues and order lunches. Your responsibilities also include contract management for fixed assets, coordinating professional credentialing on behalf of team members, and completing paperwork related to honorary contracts, consulting agreements, and registrations.

2. Marketing: In your role, you actively support the UK & Ireland TIS business in marketing projects. This includes launching new TIS products in the UK market and organizing impactful marketing campaigns. You handle organization and support for local congresses, exhibitions, meetings, and external events—both in-person and virtually. Additionally, you prepare customer and market surveys, analyze data, and present outcomes. You collaborate with external stand builders and the BU marketing team to arrange successful UK congresses. Furthermore, you manage orders for promotional material and execute direct digital mailings. You also work on product information and graphics in consultation with the BU Marketing team.

3. Travel: As part of our team, you meticulously plan and coordinate appointments and business travel for all team members and customers. From booking hotels and air travel to arranging taxis and restaurants, you ensure seamless travel experiences. When foreign travel requires visas, you gather information and submit applications promptly.

4. Supplies and Services: Managing stock is essential, and you take care of product brochures and supplies for our TIS team. You handle ordering and coordination of customer samples, organize demo kits for trials, and keep our e-brochure catalog up-to-date. Additionally, you manage our TIS cupboards in the store room, ensuring efficient handling of demo kits and rollup stands.

5. Logistics: As our logistics support, you receive and sign for incoming shipments, coordinate sample and demonstration equipment shipments to customers and BU, and maintain a cost overview of sample requests. Whether by mail or courier services, you ensure timely delivery.

6. Finance: Working closely with Sales and Marketing Managers and our finance team, you manage budget-related matters for marketing activities. This includes raising purchase orders (POs) as needed and ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.

7. Other Responsibilities: You maintain and update filing systems and documents for our TIS team. Additionally, you handle any ad hoc needs that arise and actively support local Corproate Social Responsibility efforts by coordinating events and activities.
Profile description:

You have a bachelors degree and a first experience working in an administrative role, office management or marketing or sales support.Planning & Organising: You are comfortable managing different priorities and feel energised being involved in multiple areas of responsibilities. Tech Savy: Of course you can work with different office tools like Word, Excel, TEAMS and PowerPoint, and are open to learn new tools, like SAP.Communication: Being part of a Sales & Marketing organisation, you are comfortable calling, mailing, meeting with others. You understand how to adapt your communication style to colleagues and clients; Previous work experience within a medical device or pharma company is an asset.
