Front Office Associate – Nuwara Eliya

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily front office operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and addressing guest inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.

• Manage the front desk tasks such as check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

• Handle guest inquiries, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.

• Ensure the front desk area is clean and presentable at all times.

• Assist in administrative tasks as required.


• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and... multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with hotel management software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Freshers are welcome.


• A degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
