Are you able to share your technical knowledge in a simple and understandable way? Do you like helping others? If so, you are the perfect team member we are looking for!

Essential Functions
• Serve as the first contact with internal customers who need technical assistance
• Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
• Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support as needed
• Keep record of problems and their resolution in order to add to the knowledge base or FAQ’s
• Follow-up with customers after the initial diagnosis and repair to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback on help desk processes and make recommendations on areas to improve
• Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting

• Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Technology or similar preferred or equivalent years of experience
• Previous working experience as a Help Desk Support Technician for 3 years
• In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices
• Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire
• Ability to pass drug test and background verifications
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• Occasional travel required
