The mission of this role will be to support sales with effective and valuable trade marketing initiatives that lay the ground for the sales force activities, maximize sales, grow the salons business, increase the end-clients’ satisfaction and elevate the brand image/sustainability.


Local Master Plan
• Master Plan execution support
• Master Plan constant monitoring, feedback and follow-up
• Master Plan tools creation (if needed), support & monitoring
• Local Promotion Development

Go to Market Strategy
• Local strategy development support
• Local strategy regular monitoring & follow-up
• Sales Tools Local adaptation input & support
• Development of incentive programs for sales teams
• Launch tool file local application & support
• Set Local Prices
• Official Guidelines Monitoring
• Support with the creation of local price lists and local price list monitoring
• Collection & study of local competitors price lists
• Ad hoc analysis (eg... margin analysis per country, Client's Portfolio Analysis, etc)
• Local sales monitoring and studying
• Product mix performances
• Market intelligence research
• Promotional Budget per country
• Management of reports related to own areas of responsibility

Trade Marketing Support
• Local marketing tools optimization
• Local tools consistency monitoring
• Adoption of Davines template support
• Customized tools development support
• Specific initiative development/support for salons, distributor, region

Communication Activities
• Communication Plan Strategic development & implementation support
• Communication plan monitoring
• Social Media activities strategic development & monitoring
• PR & Press Launches support
• PR Agencies management & negotiation support (if necessary)
• Website support (if necessary)

Sales Forecast Support
• Launches, Mktg tools, Promotional items & prospections kits

Other Tasks
• Best practice Local implementation
• Distributors support in getting images & documents from Dist Area

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing field or similar role
• Strong knowledge of consumer industry (professional haircare market)
• Decision Making capacity, Leadership & Management Skills
• Problem solving and “make things happen” ability
• Ability to think critically, creatively and to quickly react to environmental changes
• Team player
• Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
• Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
• Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships (strong interpersonal skills)
• Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
• Time Management, Project Management, Budget Management
• Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends
• Available to travel
• Full proficiency in English is a must

The role will have responsibilities within the region, could be based in Parma or in the region.
