Your mission, roles and responsibilities

As a FCS L2 Manufacturing Business Analyst you will be supporting and implementing the Manufacturing functions, you will act as internal SAP expert for the Manufacturing/Logistics/Supply Chain area in North America and will leverage your direct experience with SAP to support our current and future North American SAP projects and enhancements, as well as support current SAP installations.

Your responsibilities will include:

SAP expertise and system implementation:

Act as internal SAP expert for the Manufacturing area in North America.
Participates in the SAP roll-outs for the sites of his/her region: Contributes to the gap-analysis and BBP creation from the beginning of the project. Manage Data Migration, Unit tests, User
Acceptance Tests, Key User training and Simulation activities within his/her domain.
Provide Go Live... and extended support if needed.
Assist with rollout of new domain functionality.
Support the plants and support functions in developing SAP functional expertise

Function support on the system:

Assist in providing user training during support activities.
Assist in functional tests and analysis of functional and technical aspects of system usage
Write Request for Changes (RFC’s) functional specifications for developers.
Provide L2 support within the IT Support Chain

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Key requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience, required.
3-5 years experience working as internal business analyst or consultant with SAP PP/MM hands on experience in an Automotive environment. Exposure to SAP TM, SAP IBP, SD or EWM is a plus.
Desirable experience of integration with MES systems.
Working knowledge of EDI and related experience, a plus.

Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Ability to lead discovery workshops with our internal customers, understand business requirements and collect relevant information needed to design and build new solutions.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Strong customer service orientation
Work effectively with global teams in multiple time zones
Experience in and understanding of automotive business environments
Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
Travel:Ability to travel (average 30%, up to 50%). Travel will be done primarily within North America (U.S.A, Canada, and Mexico)
