We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Executive Chef to be assigned to Marvida Royal Lagoons Family Hotel in Hurghada, Egypt, within Coral Group Hotels.

• Graduated from Universities tourism, hotel management, gastronomy or equivalent departments,
• 5+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage and Tourism sector,
• Ability to develop unique recipes,
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends in the restaurant industry,
• Knowledgeable and proficient in Food Safety practices,
• Good knowledge of food and beverages,
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, methods, and equipment usage,
• Exceptional leadership skills, including motivation and goal setting,
• Time management and organizational skills,
• Experience working with Quality Management Systems,
• Advanced command of English and Arabic,
• Able to use MS Office applications effectively,
• No restrictions on domestic/international travel,
• For male candidates who are not related to military service.

• Prepare unique menus based on seasonal availability and guest preferences,
• Regularly check guest feedback and take quick and corrective actions to maximize customer satisfaction,
• Conduct kitchen stock management and prepare necessary material and order lists,
• Manage food, beverage, and labor costs according to the budget and take preventive measures to minimize expenses,
• Be knowledgeable about food safety and workplace safety, ensuring compliance with regulations,
• Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and delivery,
• Monitor the development of the team and support career planning
