Primary Responsibilities
• Coordinate with DTH Managers and Universities to participate in recruiting events for students and recent graduates
• Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including the number of candidates interviewed and hired
• Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities
• Place print ads on college campuses
• Liaise with DTH leaders to define hiring needs
• Build and maintain good relationships with DTH Managers, universities, and other educational institutions
• Brand and promote Vivint on campus as an employer of choice
• Participate in related programs and process improvement projects as needed
• Provide process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
• Coordinate with DTH Managers on asset needs (booth equipment, SWAG, etc.) for recruiting events.

Required Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience working with a Direct to Home Sales organization

Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
