Lead a dedicated team, drive customer satisfaction, and make an impact on a global scale. Your Role
You will be responsible for leading, directing + optimizing your customer care location team (CCL) to continuously provide customer excellence + sustainable growth across your scope of responsibility. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders. Your Responsibilities
• To deliver + reinforce our CCL core competencies with dedicated focus in sea logistics - export.
• To conduct regular conversations with all direct reports to discuss + ensure traction on delivering
performance + development goals.
• To ensure the best-in-class customer onboarding + relationship management for all sea logistics - export customers.
• To focus on continuous... improvement of processes + controls, ensuring complete + correct customer contact
data, service data + changes in our systems including customer reporting for SME customers.
• To conduct daily + weekly stand-up meetings with your team to identify + resolve business issues.
• To focus on continuous improvement of processes + controls, including customer complaint management +
service recovery, aiming for a consistent delivery + fulfilling the customer promise.
• To anchor the usage + improvements of CCL core systems.
• To drive customer adoption of our eco-system.
Your Skills and Experiences
• 3 - 5 years experience in Logistics Industry preferably in Sea Logistics Export
• Bachelor degree from any field
• Demonstrate ability to lead, manage, and drive the team to achieve results
• Have good communication and presentation skill, teamwork, and people orientation
• Proven to have customer engagement skills and have good ability to handle complaints
• Strong in analytical, strategic thinking and commercial acumen
• Able to deliver message confidently and influence stakeholders
• Excel in using Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word
• Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English both written and verbal
