Commercial Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager within the New Business Organization, you will lead a team of sales representatives to drive success within Commercial accounts. In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance performance and achieve sales targets. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing pipeline creation, accelerating deals, and closing new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve individual and team goals.

- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive growth and profitability within Commercial accounts.

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by presenting a compelling Point of View, utilizing all available resources to address customer needs with HP's products, services, and solutions.

- Negotiate complex global contracts with precision and professionalism, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.


- 5-7 years of experience in Acquisition Sales for End-User customers

- Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and executive presence.

- Ability to collaborate with leadership and extended staff, while also fostering a close-knit team culture.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $114,750.00 - $176,730.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
