Role Description

· Visit Client Location to Provide Software and hardware support.

· Hardware and Software Installation.

· Providing IT support and solving technical problems in both a stand-alone and a network environment.

· Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.

· Software Maintenance.

· Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software and network faults.

· Providing technical support (physically & remotely) on call basis and in schedule.

· Managing stocks of all IT accessories.

· Installing and configuring computer hardware, CCTV, software systems, networks, printers and scanners.

· Find out customer’s requirement and presenting appropriately to ensure sale.

· Capability to travel intensively within Bangladesh.

· Achieve reasonable given sales target.

· Follow up all customer’s daily basis.

· Report to Top Management daily basis.

Qualifications
• · Diploma or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
