Your new team is a committed, collaborative, and innovative bunch. They’re designers, brand managers, content managers, and everyone who’s involved in the creative space – a group from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new... ideas and approaches. Your mission

In this role, you'll harness your creativity to craft compelling, authentic social content for Frontify's channels, that not only elevates our brand's presence but enhances brand awareness and engages our audience. You'll work closely with the entire marketing team, using your expertise and creativity to elevate their message. Ultimately, you're free to challenge those teams to think differently. You’ll have the chance to bring your fresh, most innovative ideas, which will help our brand stand out in the competitive social landscape. We're looking for a person who lives and breathes social media to craft engaging multimedia content and steer our social media strategy.

Your responsibilities
• You'll ideate and create on-trend, highly-shareable, socially-native content that drives engagement and connection to our audiences across different channels. This includes messaging, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
• You'll manage our social channels, post content and engage with relevant stakeholders.
• You’ll work closely with the Creative Studio to ensure the best social strategy execution for the brand.
• You’ll ensure a cross-functional alignment and work closely with the entire marketing team to develop and execute social strategies.
• You’ll align social media content with our overall brand voice, ensuring consistent and compelling brand presence.
• You'll drive innovation, bring forward new initiatives, and introduced disruptive ideas for existing and upcoming social channelsYou'll manage reporting to ensure all strategies are tracking against goals and KPIs.
• You’ll understand social trends and nuances as they emerge while staying current with social platforms trends, capabilities, and offerings.

Your story
• You feel comfortable and excited to come to our St. Gallen or London office twice per week.
• You have 2-4 years of experience in content creation and social media management. If you have experience at a creative agency, that’d be bonus points!
• You have in-depth knowledge and mastery of social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn and Instagram. You have experience growing, managing, and engaging with online communities.
• You are proficient in independently creating content through video editing and (basic) graphic design.
• You’re able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• You might even have a degree in journalism, design, film, communications, or marketing, but it’s not necessary.
• You’re truly passionate about all things brand-related. So much so that you stay up to date on the newest trends, topics, and movements within that space, and you want to help build Frontify out to be the home for all brands.
• You’re fluent in English and boast strong writing skills – and, if you’re fluent in German, then that’s bonus points.
