Managing all aspects of a cluster of key accounts, including an account strategy and the tactics to achieve the business plan goals. Together with your dedicated account team members in the matrix, you drive the product portfolio throughout the product life cycle, market introduction, continuous improvement activities, cost down programs, supporting product relocation activities as well as product replacement and phase out.

The Sector Manager for Key Accounts drives the business and makes sure that... execution is according to the customer requirements and processes.
YOUR CHALLENGES The Sector Manager for Key Accounts is responsible for the assigned accounts:
Developing the global account growth strategy based on market and competitive intelligence Deriving the business plan (MTP, …) from the growth strategy and directing the marketing initiatives Leading the account team in the global matrix organization Developing value proposition and anticipating future market requirements including Service opportunities incl. Technoloy Roadmap Meetings Defining sales target for the each key account Providing sales forecasts and ensuring timely adjustments to achieve the goals Develops&Maintains the account KPI dashboard and reporting against it (Quality, Logistics, Technology&Costs) Escalates to Line Manager if capacity, res sources are missing, prioritazion is needed or objective can not be met Manages global contracts, establishes global VAT policies, guidelines for the assigned accounts YOUR COMPETENCIES University degree or completed training with relevant experience and extensive business and engineering / science background.
Fluent business English skills written and spoken Account Management experience in a matrix organization for a publicly traded company

Ability to manage leading edge technology projects in a global organization Strong vacuum technology and system architecture knowledge, ideally in the area of e-beam applications Highly analytical and solution oriented way of thinking.

Ability to adapt quickly to new circumstances with good decision-making skills.

Ability to prepare reports and present in a structured way.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
