Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, including prospecting and generating new leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies, track sales performance, and provide sales reports to management.

Qualifications
• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience in the facility maintenance industry is a plus
• Knowledge of building inspection services
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
