Role Description

This is a full or part-time hybrid role for a Support Coordinator at Indian River Coordinators. The Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating support services for clients. The day-to-day tasks may include assessing client needs, developing support plans, connecting clients to resources and services, and monitoring client progress. This role is located in Port St Lucie, FL, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar role or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of support services and resources
• Empathy and understanding of client needs
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
