The role: Actively contribute to the clinical leadership and management of a multidisciplinary community mental health team to ensure the provision of a high quality, comprehensive, specialist mental health service to a designated population group within a specified regional area in accordance with the principles and goals and objectives specified in the Mental Health Services Strategic Plan, the associated model of care and relevant service policies, procedures and guidelines. Support the Team Leader by assuming a lead role in the oversight of designated clinical processes associated with the optimal operation of a community mental health team, including intake, crisis response, interim support, assertive case management and general team coordination. Undertake the line and performance management of a designated group of staff within a specified community mental health team. Salary: $120,114 to $130,181 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
