Our client in Mahwah, NJ is looking to fill an Executive Assistant Position...

The Executive Assistant reports to the President/CEO, managing cross-functional initiatives, supporting leadership, and driving key projects. They handle internal communications and represent the CEO to external parties. The role requires a proactive, intelligent, and emotionally savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and anticipates needs to provide innovative solutions independently.

Responsibilities:
• Ability to analyze purchase order data, monitor stock levels, track orders, and serve as the direct point of contact for vendors and maintain relationships.
• Communicate with management regarding shipment updates and inventory in a timely manner.
• Provide support to the CEO including scheduling meetings, arranging, resolving product issues, planning, and coordinating trade show events.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, and assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other sensitive documents.

Qualifications:
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and quickly adapt to new software platforms.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
• Must have a proven track record of managing multiple tasks, strong organizational and communication skills.

Schedule:
• Monday-Friday
• 9am-5pm.
