Our client, a leading nationwide PCR lab testing company is hiring for an Territory Sales Specialist for their growing team. The company has gone through a period of sustained success, doubling revenue for two successive years and on track to grow by 30% this year. The TSS will be responsible for onboarding, educating, training and building relationships with newly closed accounts, with a goal of... driving revenue growth through upselling and adding new services. This person will also have the opportunity to prospect for new business, cold calling medical and healthcare facilities to generate new business potential. This person should have a proven track record within sales, as well as a desire to learn and grow their career within healthcare sales.

Responsibilities:
• Onboard new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of services.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue from existing accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for new business within the territory.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and prospects.
• Track sales activities and maintain detailed records using CRM software.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and account management.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
