Position Summary

You already have experience in Talent Acquisition in-house or in a recruitment agency? You are a team player and a fast learner? Great, we are looking for you Joining our Talent Acquisition team and working alongside hiring managers, your role will be to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Nestle Global Procurement division worldwide.
You will need to source, attract, evaluate the best profiles and convince them to join Nestlé.

A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Partner
• In collaboration with Line... Managers, review job descriptions and define sourcing strategy for open positions
• Counsel, guide and coac Line Managers on the required technical competences & soft skills for the role, while collaborating with HR community
• Conduct screening and sourcing activities to identify the best talent in the markets
• Lead job interviews promoting Nestlé Corporate Business Principles and values
• Provide appropriate reporting on recruitment activities to Managers and to the Talent Acquisition team
• Proactively drive talent mapping and constantly network to identify top talent for strategic positions
• Participate in / lead some Talent Acquisition related projects

What will make you successful
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment (inhouse or in agency)
• University degree or equivalent

Fluent in English
• French would be a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint ) and experience in using professional social networks
• Expertise in stakeholder management
• Problem solver mindset with strong business acumen
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Team player with a "can do" attitude
