Job Description: Employer Branding Officer

Position Summary:

As an Employer Branding Officer at ACE Money Transfer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and promoting our employer brand to attract, engage, and retain top talent. You will collaborate closely with the HR and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance our employer brand reputation and appeal to potential candidates.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative employer branding strategies aligned with ACE Money Transfer's overall business objectives and values.

Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, company website, job boards, and recruitment materials to showcase our employer brand and employee value proposition.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by crafting compelling messaging and content that accurately reflects our company culture and values.

Proactively manage ACE Money Transfer's employer brand presence on... social media channels, industry forums, and relevant platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to empower employees to become brand advocates, leveraging their experiences and insights to strengthen our employer brand.

Identify and establish partnerships with industry organizations, universities, and other relevant institutions to increase our visibility as an employer of choice.

Plan and coordinate employer branding events and activities.

Track and analyze key metrics related to employer branding efforts to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders etc.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative branding concepts.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
• Passion for talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Knowledge of the fintech or financial services industry is a plus.
