Eligibility: Open to Everyone Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network, Regional Location Negotiable Salary: $151,615 p.a - Temporary Full Time (up to 31 December 2025) - RN/M5.2 OverviewThe Nursing and Midwifery Workforce and Operations Director will be involved in various health care assignments/projects related to recruitment and retention of the nursing and midwifery workforce. This will include development, implementation and evaluation of strategic directions, policies etc. which support nursing/midwifery practice, advice on contemporary issues relating to practice and workforce matters and provide strategic leadership for innovation and change. The Director will also provide management/oversight of the nursing/midwifery education team and associated programs.
