Summary: Provide end user support for software application systems and act as a liaison between end users and IT Programmers. “End User” is defined as anyone who uses software applications developed by or in use at GSC Enterprises including internal employees, external salespeople and customers of GSC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
• Provide application system support and training for end users.
• Work with end users and programming staff to identify application system bugs.
• Work with end users and programming staff to develop recommendations for application system enhancements.
• Work with end users and programming staff in testing application system modifications.
• Work with end users to evaluate current business processes and application systems and make suggestions for change as necessary.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have prior experience in software or other electronic applications. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers and to use information to determine solutions and actions required to solve them.

Mathematic Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstracts and concrete variables.

Computer Skills:
• 1+ years’ experience with GSC platforms
• Strong knowledge with software and application support.
• General knowledge of computers

Other Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-starter with initiative
• Organizational skills and ability to track and document workload
