• *Job Title:** Service Advisor **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle maintenance or repairs. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, recommending appropriate services based on vehicle assessments, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. **Responsibilities:** - Greet customers and ascertain their service needs - Consult with customers on vehicle maintenance and repair services - Schedule service appointments and manage work orders - Communicate service recommendations clearly and effectively - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services - Provide accurate estimates and invoices to customers - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Uphold dealership standards for customer service excellence - Upsell additional services or products as appropriate **Experience:** ...
