Position Description:

Are you a restaurant tech wizard with a knack for building lasting relationships? PAR is looking for a savvy Strategic Account Executive to help us drive growth and innovation for large, enterprise accounts. If you're organized, strategic, and passionate about restaurant tech, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For:
• Minimum of 5 Years of Experience Required in B2B Enterprise Software Sales
• Prior Sales Experience in the Restaurant Tech (EG. Point of Sale, Payments, Hardware, Services, and Inventory Software) field is required
• Proven ability to build long-term sales relationships with executives in enterprise restaurants and brands.
• Exceptional communicator and negotiator, turning challenges into trusted partnerships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passionate about delivering unified commerce solutions to large enterprise restaurant customers.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel in the US and Canada.

What You'll Do:
• Manage strategic commercial relationships with critical, enterprise-level clients, including planning, pricing, contract renewals, and profitability
• Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and site activations.
• Develop and close upsell opportunities across various product lines.
• Plan and execute renewals and price increases.
• Maintain customer data in CRM systems.
• Facilitate strategic pricing decisions for SaaS, hardware, and services.
• Coordinate activities across departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Drive product adoption and sales to franchisees with the FAM team.
• Collaborate with CSAs for Strategic Business Reviews.
• Facilitate cross-sell opportunities with Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers.
• Represent PAR at events and trade shows.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments.

The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
