The Assisted Living Administrator is responsible for the entire fiscal, physical, and operational functions of the facility.

What does a day in the life look like?
• Direct and monitor a complete budgeting and fiscal management process including revenue and expenses.
• Effectively self-manage by using leadership skills including planning, organizing, critical thinking, communication, and problem solving.
• Direct team in such a manner that operational and fiscal goals are met and customer satisfaction is high according to surveys.
• Implements policy and procedure and establishes effective monitoring systems to ensure policies remain in place.
• Implements procedures for the hiring, onboarding, and engagement of team members while inspiring them to achieve.

What should I have to be considered for this position?
• At least three years Administrator experience in a healthcare setting serving seniors required.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Nursing, Social Work, or related administrative field required.
• Certified Assisted Living Administrator credential or be authorized by the state of Nebraska.
