The Senior Tax Analyst is responsible for preparing corporate tax workpapers and returns, analyzing state apportionment data, coordinating with external consultants, supporting audit processes, conducting tax research, and improving tax-related processes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, a CPA certification, and significant experience in public accounting, including partnership tax... experience.

Job Duties:
• Prepare consolidated corporate workpapers and tax returns for federal, state, and local authorities.
• Analyze state apportionment data for tax return preparation.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants and legal counsel.
• Prepare REIT audit testing calculations and projections.
• Assist with federal and state examinations and prepare responses for information document requests.
• Research and document federal and state tax compliance issues.
• Evaluate book-to-tax differences related to fixed assets and compute tax asset depreciation reports using FAS software.
• Provide suggestions for process improvements and handle special projects.
• Stay updated on federal and state tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• 4 years experience in public accounting or equivalent industry experience
• Big-4 or large regional firm preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
