We are seeking a dynamic Content and Editorial Specialist to lead our content strategy and editorial efforts. This role is pivotal in curating and creating compelling content that engages our audience, highlights industry trends, and supports our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong editorial skills, a knack for storytelling, and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate sector.

• Create and execute a robust news gathering and publishing process to ensure timely coverage of industry developments.
• Develop and implement an editorial plan that aligns with key industry areas and company objectives.
• Conduct insightful interviews with industry leaders to explore relevant themes and produce compelling content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide content support for newsletters and promotional campaigns.
• Assist brokers by providing content and support for listing inquiries, enhancing visibility and engagement.
• Work closely with the Market Analytics team to translate market reports into meaningful and informative content.
• Assume ownership of website content quality and consistency, ensuring alignment with brand standards and market needs.

• Hybrid role requiring editorial and journalistic expertise, with the ability to engage directly with industry stakeholders.
• Experience in commercial real estate sectors, whether as a broker, writer, analyst, or similar role.
• Demonstrable writing and journalistic skills, with a portfolio of published work preferred.
• Proficiency in conducting and transcribing interviews, capable of leading meaningful conversations.
• Ability to represent websites from a commercial perspective, supporting advertising and marketing efforts.
• Familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn about company products and effectively communicate their benefits.
