Your Journey with Us:

● Each year we hand-pick a group of sales professionals and work with them to develop

their career in the insurance industry. We work with selected candidates on a one-on-one basis

to assist them achieve their professional goals.

● You will study during two (2) weeks to obtain your insurance license (we will pay for all

costs incurred and will include a weekly compensation during this time)

● You will be required to study for a state exam at our office location - the latest tools and

up-to- date resources available to you at no cost.

● Pass the insurance state exam - at no cost to the Agent, we cover it ALL!

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

● Unmatched passion to be the best at what you do

● Proven sales success in reaching specific sales goals

● Demonstrated ability to work independently

● An independent work ethic, with great communication and negotiation skills

● Ability to work long hours during open enrollment season

● Flexible schedule: availability to work evenings & Saturdays

Required Education/Experience:

● Over a year of experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a call center

environment

● Fully bilingual: English/Spanish
