Role Description

This role is with a STARTUP, meaning the potential for profit-sharing and growth is immense! That being said, it also means the base salary is lower than at an established firm, but the long-term payout potential is much greater!! The base salary is $40,000 - with a bonus and commission potential of up to $120,000-plus. It is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located somewhere along the I-95 Corridor between Richmond, Virginia, and the D.C. metro area. The position will be responsible for overseeing our growing sales and lead generation team, to include (but not limited to) managing our 6 Home Depot store relationships between Fredericksburg and Manassas. This includes training and managing some aspects of customer service, sales, marketing, and recruiting. Some remote work is acceptable.
