Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations and details

Requirements:
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Ability to operate Five9 software telephone system
• Computer literate with the capacity to learn new software
• Excellent customer service skills
