About the Role: We are investing in our Seattle market and actively hiring a B2B tech sales professional with 2-4 years of experience ready to uplevel their career...

Our team members are responsible for lead generation, cold calling and closing deals. Our people drive our business, connecting talented IT professionals with organizations where they can produce results.

What you get to do:
• Act as a trusted advisor & partner to a few key clients
• Best-in-class sales training with an actionable plan for advancement
• Execute the sales activities that will gain results
• Research to understand the client’s industry and current objectives
• Connect with current and new contacts via phone to grow prospects and sales
• Consistently identify leads, obtain referrals, and schedule appointments

What you need to bring:
• 2-4 years of B2B Sales in the tech space or IT Staffing
• Experience with complex sales cycles, preferably with large clients
• Strong customer/client orientation
• Ability to overcome objections
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform work independently and also collaboratively
• The desire to achieve excellence in all that you do
