• Newly recruited Delivery Drivers can expect to earn $26.75 per hour initially, and then a raise to $29.75 per hour after successfully completing their first 90 days

Main Ingredients of the Job:
• Drive trucks safely to deliver products within set time limits to customers
• While using a pallet jack, two-wheeler, or manual labour, be cautious when taking out products from the trailer. Later, organize them into the storage areas attributed to the customer
• Verify the accuracy of the delivery information with clients and acquire their appropriate signatures
• Our responsibilities include managing customer collections and payments when required
• Delivering excellent client services to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Implement comprehensive checks of all equipment before and after journeys to guarantee their proper operation

Physical Requirements:
• The applicant must have the bodily aptitude to carry and manipulate items weighing from 20 to 80+ lbs continually during their employment
• Working in inclement weather conditions, such as rain, sleet, and snow, and making many stops (over 10 per shift), necessitates being at ease behind the wheel

What You Bring to the Table:
• Ensure your company is compliant with FMCSA guidelines by registering for the Clearinghouse before adding any new drivers to your team
• The age limit for participation is 21 years and above
• Having a lawful CDL Class A provided by the state where you currently reside along with obligatory endorsements and DOT approvals is vital for consideration
• The ideal candidate for this role will have at least six months of experience performing professional driving duties in any area; however, applicants may also qualify if they have three months of experience delivering food and/or beverages as a commercial driver
• Aptitude in driving stick shift cars is valued; it might be mandatory in specific locations
• Proficiency in the English language is a must. It includes the ability to hold dialogues, comprehend highway traffic directions and signals, answer official enquiries, and input precise information on reports and records.
