Job Summary:

Join Sysco Pittsburgh, LLC, as an Outside Sales Representative responsible for promoting Sysco's products and services and building strong relationships with new and existing clients. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Seek and qualify prospects following company account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and provide a mix of products and services to meet those needs.
• Stay informed on market conditions, product innovations, and competitor activities.
• Provide customers with information about products, prices, availability, and usage.
• Offer product information and training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, conventions, and company meetings.
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
• Coordinate deliveries with the transportation department and resolve order issues.
• Participate in company promotions, customer visits, and events.
• Engage in ongoing training and assist in training new employees.
• Review and analyze sales reports and maintain sales records.
• Perform administrative duties, including sales budgeting, reporting, and processing credits.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Required Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline OR
• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of Restaurant Management, B2B, or outside sales experience, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Bi-Lingual skills.
• Experience in Restaurant Management, Foodservice Outside Sales, or as a Chef.
• Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Current automobile insurance with required liability limits.
• Professional Skills:
• Basic PC skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
