Our client, a financial consultancy, is seeking an administrative professional with strong organization skills to monitor projects and keep the firms CRM up to date.

This is established, well-run firm offering an excellent base salary, bonus opportunity, and strong benefits. This is hybrid position based in Princeton, NJ and will require being in-office 3 days most weeks (work schedule can be... flexible at times based on priorities).

Position Overview: The administrative professional will assist Practice Leaders with sales management processes include assisting with sales proposals, tracking and organizing client data, creating reports, monitoring project timelines, and tracking client billing. Additional responsibilities will include scheduling, conference registration and travel arrangements.

Day to day functions:
• Develop sales proposals with other client focused materials.
• Maintain sales data via Salesforce CRM to track contacts, accounts, follow-ups, and various opportunities.
• Track and maintain project scheduling, billing, and status reports.
• Work closely with practice leaders and team members.
• Register sales team members for conferences and organize conference travel arrangements.
• Other projects and functions as needed.

• 5+ years of experience in an administrative role focused on sales management or with relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
• Strong CRM experience; Salesforce a big plus
• Experience creating dashboards and other reports
• Experience working with confidential information and meeting deadlines
