We are seeking a passionate and creative Community Manager for a dynamic fintech startup with robust corporate backing, poised to revolutionize the prop trading sector in the UK and EU.

This role represents an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing fintech startup and to shape our community engagement strategy from the ground up. As our first hire in this role, you will play a crucial part in building and nurturing our community, creating compelling content, and driving our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Discord Management: Create, manage, and grow our Discord community. Engage with members, facilitate discussions, and ensure adherence to community guidelines
• Forums Management: Oversee and actively participate in online forums related to fintech and trading. Foster discussions, provide expert insights, and moderate content to ensure a positive and informative environment.
• Social Media Groups: Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement on various... social media platforms. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and discussions promptly.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create relevant content for webinars, social media posts, blog articles, and forums.
• Community Feedback: Gather feedback from the community to help improve our products and services. Communicate user insights to the product development and marketing teams.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze community engagement metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.

• Community Management: Proven experience managing online communities, particularly in the fintech or trading sector.
• Webinar Hosting: Experience in planning and hosting live webinars and virtual events.
• Social Media Proficiency: Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Discord, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability
