Key Responsibilities:

Driving and Delivery:
• Operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Deliver products to assigned locations, following scheduled routes and time frames.
• Unload products at customer locations, ensuring accuracy in delivery and proper handling of items.

Customer Service:
• Interact professionally with customers, addressing any delivery concerns and providing excellent service.
• Collect payments or receipts from customers as necessary.

Safety and Compliance:
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it is in safe operating condition.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Documentation:
• Complete and maintain accurate records, including delivery logs, mileage reports, and any required documentation.
• Ensure proper handling and documentation of returned or refused products.

Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and other drivers to ensure efficient delivery operations.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.

Qualifications:
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to load and unload products, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
