The Drawing Board

The role will help in leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. The role will achieve the team target set forth by Management and organize new marketing strategies, sales acquisition program... and developmental programs for the team.

The Grind
• Identify leads and secure partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships to foster business growth and expand company operations
• Engage and nurture client relationships
• Maintain existing business relationships
• Prepare sales materials, including proposals and contracts
• Deliver sales pitches and presentations to consistently meet or exceed quota targets
• Develop quotes and proposals tailored to client needs
• Apply critical thinking during planning phases to ensure project success
• Cultivate new leads and expand potential partnerships with hotel and property owners
• Provide regular progress reports and updates directly to the Cluster Business Development Manager

The Driving Force
• Advanced English Language skills, both verbal and written
• Adaptable to dynamic environment
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
• Startup experience is a plus
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
• Good understanding of market trends
• Active listener, have a compelling sales personality
• Hunger to chase and close new business

The Fundamentals
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years' prior industry related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Based in General Santos or Soccsksargen
• Can Start ASAP
