We need Field Sales Executive in Patiala location to work in HP Lubricants Project

Profile: Sales Executive

Min Qualification: H.S.C/ Diploma and Graduation

Work Experience: Min 1 to Max 3 Years sales and marketing experience.

In hand salary- Negotiable

Travelling - Per month Rs.3000/-

Location – Patiala

Job Description:

Ø To generate new leads for enrolment of new retailers.

Ø Market Mapping activity in consultation with New Retailer, Mechanics and Customers on HPCL Lube Program which will enable overall business development for HP Lubricants).

Ø Focus area is to map new volumes. (Sales executive will contact retailer, mechanics, workshops, fleet owners, garages, fuel stations and customers to explain to benefit of HP lubes and promo/ loyalty program)

Ø To carry out Instore Activation for promotion of HP Lubricants.

Ø To generate and drive the demand of HP... Lubricant grades among the mechanics.

Ø To educate and activate mechanics about the various programs currently launched by HPCL and new upcoming programs.

Ø To enrol mechanics/retailer under the ambitious loyalty program of HP Lubricants viz. PRAGATI/HUNGAMA

Ø To collect Retailer data from market as per format provided by HPC.

Ø A sales executive must regularly visit mechanics, retailers, and customers to maintain monthly or daily bases MIS report.

Ø Sales executive have to build the good relationship with the retailers and mechanics are well known about the HP Lubes products like premium range.

Ø Target should be to convert those retailers who are not purchasing product from HPCL.

1. Retailer /Workshop /Mechanic Visit -100 per month per area (4-5 visit on daily bases)

2. Mechanic Meetings / Oil Change camp – 2 per month per area

3. Enrolling New Retailers on HPCL Loyalty Program – 25 per month per area

4. Conducting in store activity in the below -

· Bazaar Retailers -3 per month per area

· HPCL /Allied Fuel Station – 2 per month per area

5. Soliciting orders on HP Lubes from Retailer / Customer and passing on to concern Lube Distributors –

· Existing Retailer / Customer – 20 Orders per month per area

· New Retailer / Customer – 10 Orders per month per area
