We at LAN-IT 24 (Germany) are currently looking for Deskside Support Engineer for the following locations Romania ( Timisoara )Full time (Mon-Fri/40 hour )Start: ASAPTasks:- Incident’s resolution.Service requests fulfilment.IMACD’s (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) request fulfilment.Hands and Eyes support for IT Infrastructure Devices.Meeting room IT equipment support, maintenance with preventive checks periodically.IT vending machine support.End user support in Digital Bar where applicable.Planned / Unplanned Infra activities wherever needed including first level trouble shooting under guidance of concern teamVIP support where applicable.Printing service support.Escorting of- party engineers.Windows, Hands and Feet SupportRequirements:- Expert knowledge of IT systems, networks and hardwareProficiency in English and Local Language is required!Good problem solving and analytical skillsCustomer orientation and friendly interaction with customersTime management and prioritization... skillsWillingness to learn and ability to undertake continuous professional developmentAbility to work and collaborate in a teamEngineer will also be a point of contact on the site for relevant IT related matters.The Onsite engineer and OSS team are not responsible for the procurement, the asset management process, or the tools, but are responsible to follow the processes provided to place requests and updates.Local Language and English speaking is mandatoryIf you are interested, I would be happy to hear from you.
