We are seeking a full-time Office Manager to lead our growing private practice and help us keep our great company culture.

The Position:

The office manager is an administrative leader, working with team members to ensure excellent patient care. We’re seeking an individual who is personable, friendly, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. This position requires flexibility with both the duties and the schedule.

Some Responsibilities include:
• Greeting patients
• Inbound/Outbound Calling
• Scheduling appointments
• Completing administrative processing
• Record keeping
• Maintaining hearing aid inventory and office supplies
• Insurance filing and assisting staff and patients with insurance related questions.
• Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
• HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer
• Excellent knowledge and proven record of successful employee relations and people management
• Coordinating outreach with local physician offices for referral opportunities
• Coordinating/attending community outreach and marketing events
• All other duties and tasks as assigned

• Minimum Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in business management/administration or related field
• 3+ years’ experience working in or managing a busy healthcare or medical office
• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor population. This includes listening, sales, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, OMS and/or other Medical Software. Experience in Quickbooks and billing is preferable.

Pay and Benefits:
• Base salary range $60,000-$65,000
• Paid time off and holiday pay
