We are looking for a seasoned Creative Director in search of an opportunity to produce the best work of their careers while helping creative teams grow through strong management and development.

For this role specifically, we are seeking someone with superior knowledge of and passion for sport, and gaming.

Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus. What matters is your deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences. This role is energetic, innovative and forward-thinking. Alongside engaging with communities, you’ll guide brands by staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments. In return, you’ll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for some of the world’s leading brands.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage the creative output of the sport team
• Prioritize and delegate work to maintain timelines and budgets while delivering best-in-class work
• Help evaluate, refine, and ultimately approve internal creative briefs
• Conceptualize new platform, campaign on content ideas based on strategic insights
• Ideate executional approaches inspired by innovations and contemporary marketing trends
• Give clear and actionable feedback to team members based on a deep understanding of their skill sets and creative tools
• Get hands-dirty with executional elements as needed
• Own and manage the building of pitch and concept decks from start-to-finish, including write-ups, references and custom visual comps
• Present to large groups of people with passion and poise
• Clearly and deftly communicate concepts to clients, selling in the strongest ideas

Requirements For This Role
• You have a proven track record of creating breakthrough social media content for sports brands(leagues, clubs, apparel, ).
• You speak sport culture. You know who, where, when, and why in soccer, football, basketball, streetwear, sports gaming. Your friends turn to you to explain what’s happening on TikTok, Instagram, and other social media.
• You understand how to be authentically native on social platforms via short-form video, motion graphics, trending sounds, etc.
• You are cool and focused under pressure and in the face of a high volume of deliverables
• You are a strong communicator who treats co-workers and clients with empathy and respect
