We are seeking a skilled Flat Roofing Contracts Manager to join a dynamic team within a well-established roofing company. This role is integral to setting up projects, managing labour costs, and ordering materials, ensuring efficient project delivery.Package: Up to £60,000 + Car/Van, Bonus, Benefits Location: Midlands & London UK Kingsley Consulting are partnered with a longstanding and successful roofing business that has traded for over 50 years. This company has established itself as a leader in the roofing industry and is known for delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining strong client relationships. The Flat Roofing Contracts Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of flat roofing projects. This includes project initiation, labour management, cost control, and material procurement. The role is critical in maintaining high standards of health and safety, workmanship, and quality across all projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage flat roofing projects.
•... Oversee labour costs and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Order and manage materials required for projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain high levels of workmanship and quality.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure project requirements are met. Experience & Skills Required:
• Proven experience in flat roofing management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• CSCS card required.
